1) Drink Water. Water flushes your system out normally from all the toxins that build up, but with Ace you are also flushing out the fat your body is removing.
2) Eat. In order for your metabolism to be adjusted and for you to kick start your weight loss you need to eat at least 3 times a day with small healthy snack in between. If you don't eat you will plateau and your weight loss will stop there. If your not a breakfast / lunch / dinner eater then please at least eat a bagel or toast (preferably more than that) then from there you can take your ace.
3) Exercise. Exercise is a big part in losing weight because you need to get your muscles going and your body moving in order to burn those calories you take in. With out exercise we all know where we'd be, all 3 of these steps are crucial because they all work together in order to give your body a balanced healthy weight loss. Taking Ace and exercising is not mandatory but you do lose more weight when you do it also.
4) You Must Be Ready. All these things are only possible if you are truly ready and commit 100% to following these directions. Ace will not work if you don't follow the given directions when your receive your Ace from me.
Once you are given your months supply of Ace with directions please put those directions in a place you can easily see to remind yourself of what you need to do. Once you have measured yourself, weighed, and took pictures throw those scales out. You only need to weigh yourself every 6 weeks so that you do not get discouraged if you plateau it any given time. I must say that most people will notice they are losing inches first and then pounds. Honestly it was the same way for me, but I did feel the energy increase after 3 days of being on Ace.
